yesterday:
went to ij primary in the morning at 7.45 am for the prefects' investiture. went to the general office and got ready my speech. hehe i only practised it twice. then waited for mrs bheam to arrive and we were both invited to go up to the hall. hehe it feels quite good with people escorting you up. when we reached the hall, they stand and welcomed us. haha it feels good to be guest of honour. but it felt really really weird when the emxee went "good morning ms petrina tan our guest of honour..." hehe i think they thought i was super old or something .anyway yeah germaine, ms teo and jessica were there too! the ceremony continued with school song followed by presentation of badge to head and vice head then it was principal's speech and then two other speeches. then it was my turn! super scary!!haha i think i fumbled during the speech and i think i bored them! haha then i gave out the ties to the p4s and p5s! ((: hehe they were so cute when they shook my hand! haha yeah then there were videoslides and presentation and lastly when they sang the ij song, i felt rather touched! joined them in it as they put their arms around each other. it really brought back memories. just 5 yrs ago i was on the stage receiving my badge. time passes really quickly! had refreshments and caught up with many teachers! ((:
then i went back to cj for econs lecture. i looked like some idiot wearing the blazer! hehe oh then had training and it was the worst training we had so far! but it was quite heartening cause we knew we were doing it as a team and for the team. had debrief by mr liu and the j3s then training ended.
today: worst day ever. didnt finish my tutorials and had to rush through before every single lesson. plus i had morning run today and mass pe. today was just a bad day! luckily i didnt get detention for anything. theres training tmw and im dreading sprinting! but we're all going out for dinner as a whole team tmw ! ((:its friday finallly!
