yesterday was a blast!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRETCHEN! hope you had a sweet seventeen! ((: the four of us clarissa amelia aileen met at amk station to go to gretchen's house to give her a surprise! haha we all stood outside her door wondering why we're at her house on the 25th and not 26th! anyhow, went in and caught her in her most un-glam state! haha she was doing her homework on the floor!! hahaha she was super surprised la! haha plan worked! ((: stayed at her hosue talking while she got changed for the dinner! haha okay went to town, went to heeren first cos we were too early for the dinner booked at 6. hehe alright after many callings that clarissa made to make sure all her cjc class peeps were there at the place before we went over! hahaha when we were at the escalator in cine, she saw mark quek!! haha she suspected something already but yeah went to best friends cafe and SURPRISE! haha all her cjc friends there plus 4/2 people too! yup ate and talked alot.at first it was rather awkward cos didnt know most of her cj people but got to know more people and the twins came too! ((: had dinner, cut her cake and more surprise came along as more people came! haha whole dinner was fun and nice. her cj class is super nice man! anyway yeah went to arcade that and played air hockey!! hahah super fun la. then walked with amelia to find contact lenses solution but all the shops were closed already so walked back. and they decided they wanted to walk to lido to watch movie so we all walked there.went there, decided to go home with aileen melia and all while the rest went ! anyway yesterday was really fun , surprising her and all ! school tmw )):

today was a really really nice day. prob one of the nicest days in the past 2 months since 2006 began. cos it wasnt boring at all. went to school, had swim pe but i didnt take cos of some reason so had to run which was crap cos they made us run alot. but after that had only 3 more lessons till school was over! ((: anyway went to acs i with kampoo to meet gerard to go for mass. but he only ended school at 3.30 so went to every place in acs i and sat down and talk. haha was really fun la talking to kampoo's friend also. saw tim there too. talked to this sji prefect in acs ib called joshua too. anyway yeah met gerard then went sji. my uncle wasnt in the office so gerard decided to go to bro mike's office and we sat there talking to him till it was time to go to the chapel. sji was having a rugby match with ri and sji won!people started arriving and we had praise and worship followed by mass. more people than expected came ! ((: mostly cjc people. friar mike said mass and yeah mass seemed nice (: after that introed the comm people and then refreshments!
went town with aileen amelia sean and zachary and we ate at best friends in cine!slacked there and then walked around and kenneth came along. oh then we went heeren to meet gerard and jeremy and then a whole load of other sji people came along too! haha it was so sji-ij man! talked a whole load and laughed and then we splitted up and went home. walked with jeremy darrick kenneth and this other guy to the bus stop there and bussed home with kenneth cos he lives so near me. ride home was super funny and fun with him man! he knows a lot of stuff !! haha anyway yeah today was nice ((:

yesterday was a really nice day in school in ij as well as in ac. went back to ij for thanksgiving mass and it was so nice ! (: really miss ij so so much. father simon celebrated mass and we were joined by the uppper sec. haha as usual he was telling us that our future husbands should be from sji. sang hymms which i havent sang in a long time and the whole mass just brought back loads of memories. i guess its the last time seeing sec 4s of 2005 gathered together. went back to school with the rest of the ij-ac people and missed math lecture, went for chem lecture and econs teacher came late so no econs. then off to town with aileen and vicky! ((: haha loads of fun with them man. went to subway to eat and then julian came. haha too much of a coincidence?anyway yeah crapped a lot and then went to bibi and baba with them to get their ac uniforms. hahai went there and tried the sc uniform! anyway yeah the ac uniform looks so nice!! im so jealous of them man. people started wearing uniforms already and so sad im not gonna wear it ): but i'll get to wear it on founder's day! ((: i officially have about one week more in ac and its kinda sad having to leave but i guess it was my choice and i shall make the best out of it. mr pang talked to me yet again and this time he told me good news ((: oh wells.
today was a slack day ended school at 1 plus cos lit lesson got cancelled. swim pe tmw.roars! anyway im looking forward to tmw ! ((:

okay so i submitted my jae application after much thought over the last few days. i was really confused about what to put. and my first choice was njc, second choice was cjc. i didnt put acjc ultimately. and i was really confused cos i was making myself dislike acjc and i really dont know why. but now i feel regret cos i've forged many new friendships in acjc. 1sb1 especially. yeah i thought of the people like SIMREN!! amanda, kampoo and all. im so gonna miss them. two weeks more with them. i talked to a lot of people about it. one of them was mr emmanuel, an acjc teacher whom i got to know incidentally. i talked to him for really long and he made me seem to know what i wanted in a jc. he told me about a lot of things, about our faith, about the people, about the life that i want in a jc. then i talked to mr pang too, although he encouraged me to put acjc but i still didnt although renkiat changed his choice from njc to acjc for first choice. yeah simren and amanda were really persuading me to stay in acjc and im really really gonna miss them a lot. but i guess maybe its up to God now as to where im gonna be. and today was preparation for fun-o-rama and spent the most time with my class. went to acs i the whole day to eat and get wood. came back and painted with them. talked to them like beatrix and realised that i do have a sense of belonging in acjc. but nonetheless im sure i can get this feeling in cjc.but well im second intake im still apprehensive though. everyone's reaction to me going to cjc was like shocking but if a six pointer can go cjc why not a 8 pointer? but i know i'll miss a lot of things in acjc. i'll miss 1SB1 loads. these two weeks im gonna spend it wisely and treasure them. tomorrow is another long day with my class.i'll miss the people in my tutorial classes.i'll miss the ij girls in acjc a lot! so many memories i wont forget.today alot of lectures got cancelled well i ponned most cos we couldnt make it back in time and i was at north lodge and yang lie shouted from the window "peter choo"! ass la he shout so loud and he was in the void deck and canteen with julian and they were like shouting so loud that the teacher turned to stare at them! oh my haha i'll prob miss them too! but i guess njc and cjc has their fair share of fun as well and well since i've already put down my choices, i'll leave it up to God to decide. meanwhile i'll pray..

i'll miss acjc loads i know. but as mr pang said, make the best out of your choices.

simren: hey girl! im really really gonna miss you a lot. acjc wouldnt have been that fun without you. i'll miss talking to you about anything and everything and only you always understand what im talking about ! im gonna miss our gossip sessions and going home together! you really brightened up my life everyday although lessons can be so draggy and boring!! i love you loads simren kaur!!!! i was so sad yesterday in the bus cos i knew i wasnt gonna see you so often anymore!oh my i feel like crying already!!! roars!!! i'll miss you loads

church today with the tans and lunch with them too. we havent had lunch together for the past few weeks and today was really nice! ((: anyway yeah im home now.. yesterday was a good day out shopping with my bestie aileen seah! ((: okay tmw is a monday again. hate sundays. im dreading school tmw. ): argh and tmw is such a long day too but i'll be able to see kampoo and amanda and sims! ((: anyway im still deciding on what choices to put for schools and im kinda decided already although i might change at the very last min.. oh wells. i prayed and im sure God will lead me on the right path.

aileen : hey girl, as much as i wanna spend the rest of the two years in the same school as you, but there are other reasons telling me to leave. im still in a dilemma now as to where i wanna go but i wanna tell you life in acjc wouldn have been the same without you.maybe i'll stay afterall. i dont know. but no matter what you'll always be my bestie! ((: love talking to you man, its so weird that i talk to you more in ac than in ij. shopping yesterday was good. thanks for the advice you gave me about you-know-who. yup see you in school tmw girl ! ((: love you lots.

yesterday was just a nerve wrecking day. ponned school in the morning cos i didnt wanna go school to do compo and didnt wanna take pe so i slept all the way to eleven plus cos i told myself sleep will make you not think so much. yep woke up ate and went off to toapayoh interchange to meet the rest. my gosh was super scared cos amelia and aileen already knew their results but the three of us were just panicking like crazy. went to school and it was in the dance studio so heard ms tan's talk and our school improved since last yr!! ((: yeah then waited for mrs alex to give out our results. my index number was like almost to the back so had to wait super long and i was already in tears. tears of fear and anxiety!! haha when it got to my turn, i was like how to count!!! haha then slowly counted and i was like 8?!?!? and i was like jumping and crying!! haha clarissa was infected by my tears that she cried also! tears of joy ! ((: couldnt believe what i got!! was in shock and then saw a lot of the others jumping in joy! esp my class 4/2. we all did really well, way above the teacher's expectations. still remember all the teachers coming into class one by one telling us "4/2 you're under-performing.you're far behind 4/1 in terms of distinctions."it was super demoralising! but i guess it woked us up and we've moved on together as one class. 4/2 im so proud of all of you and im sure mr tan would be too although he couldnt be the one to give us our results.

anyway i found elaine and marianne to go for our prefects investiture which was starting already so changed into our blazers and sat in the front row beside the new exco.it was gonna be the last time i would ever be at prefects invest and it would be the last time i put on my head prefect badge but nonetheless i was happy. it was also the last time i would sing the school song and for once i sang it loud and with pride. the whole procedure was the same as last yr but then i wasnt the one going up to receive anything nor to give a speech but yet as i saw my predecessor germaine delivering her speech, i knew it was time to let go and let them take over officially. then next was the installation of the other prefects. though the sec 2s were unfamiliar but when the sec 3s and sec 4s went up, it seems like we've watched them grow up and now it was their turn to take over. invest ended and i talked to so many teachers!! first was mrs chu, haha she almost forgot im an ex girl and she was like "petrina, wait wait you're our ex head right?" then it was ms yip and mrs low and mr jiao! hahaha they both found out the nicknames we gave them like jacky and maggie!! haha we were laughing like crap about how we did a spotcheck on 4/9 last yr and made it so serious that we checked the ceilings for handphones! yep caught up on a lot of stuff and they're really nice teachers. okay then talked to a lot of other people too. after that went with aileen amelia marianne wong and chang and elaine to ps swensons to eat! ((: we sat at the same place again!! ate and ate then walked down orchard and sat in bk.then home! when i got home and deleted most of my msges there were 28 new msges and i realised my phone was screwed couldn receive any msges before that cos i ddint delete and my inbox was full!!! was so irritated!! but anyway im a happy girl today!! ((:

TODAY WAS A BLAST!! okay i shall type all that happened today. haha its a HAPPY HAPPY DAY! ((: anyway yeah last night when the clock struck twelve, aileen called me to wish me then came clarissa and andrew tan! ((: haha didnt even know andrew knew when my birthday was! anyway yeah was super excited already when they called and then three of us conferenced and then amelia called in !! ((: haha talked and talked about everything and it was really sweet ofthem! oh then people msged also and when i woke up there were lots of birthday wishes! ((: yeah got to school and more people msged and i was so touched that even those people i wasnt close to msged me! ((: yeah then before assembly, amanda ang and the whole ij clique came! jessie perry nicole roseann and all and thus whole class knew already .but i love the ij girls in ac! we're all still so close going out for lunch occasionally.yeah had lessons and today was really long. oh during break amanda didnt know it was my birthday so she bought me an ice cream! haha she's super super sweet!! ((: 1SB1 wouldnt be so nice without her!((: had chem lab and cherie had to go off to her school to sell tix so i sat with beatrix and joy. yeah then had lit and then school over! it was only 2.50 and we were the only people who ended school so waited at the bleaches with vanessa and stanley for a while then met shiyan and then finally andrew ended class! so went for lunch with him at the cafe and then we were really bored so we went to acs i!! haha woah its really girls are minority man. saw timothy fuiyi and gerard there! ((: then walked back and met tommy warren and aileen! aileen told me only the four of us were having dinner at nydc so okay thought that was the plan. haha walked out and the acs i guy played happpy birthday song for me on the violin! ((: hehe then made our way to holland v. okay got there and GUESS WHAT!! AILEEN BLUFFED ME!! was REALLY surprised cos amelia clarissa and gretchen were waiting there already!!!!!! hahaha i totally screamed!!! was super excited and happy l yeah sat down got over the shock and yeah ahha talked and talked and then... MY WHOLE ENTIRE FAMILY CAME!! even my cousins and my uncle came! haha was super super shocked!! haha my sister and aileen have been planning this whole thing! then came the cake ! ((: yeah cut then my family went off so it was left with us! ate and talked a whole load and took loads of pics which i'll upload tmw! super fun cos we havent talked to each other for so long!! yeah got my presents and it was so sweet!! hahah there were lots of things like the two big ballons which said happy birthday and PRINCESS! ((: haha and in the box was a handbag, princessy chocolates, A TIARA! , a wand , many letters and other stuff. haha yeah stayed then and made a whole load of noise and left around 9 plus and cabbed home with warren aileen and bernie! yeah im home now and there's loads of homework to do but im sleepy! hahha today was really great and im so touched that so many people wished me!!
