alright. life's been pretty alright. had lessons today and all. and i was just thinking. convention is over. that is like marking almost the end of my job. as in organising major events for the prefectorial board. organising the convention has made me realise that other people have their own ways of doing things and i've learnt to really take the back seat and learn how to follow. i know i havent been the best head prefect i could be but i really treasure my role in the prefectorial board. if i didnt join the board in sec 3, life in ij would be totally different. being in the board has created many beautiful memories that i will carry with me after i leave ij. so many things i cant leave behind. i've built many friendships these past two yrs and i really treasure them. though i really make u all feel so against me sometimes esp sec 4s, but i really dont mean it at all. i admit that i may have been overbearing and domineering, but i cant help it. it just pains me to see the board being so inefficient and that we cant be compared to the previous yrs. im glad after convention, the juniors have become closer and feel more towards the board. hiaz. the friendships made in the prefectorial board is totally different from elsewhere.most of the time i feel closer to the prefects than my own classmates..but anyway, to my prefects! i really hope u all will feel a sense of belonging to towards the board! love the board and cherish hte times u have left !
